Referral Bonuses
Non-Employee – Bonus* / Employee – Salary Increase** / Omnyon Retiree Bonus***
*50% @ 90 days & 50% @ 180 days
**Salary increase is effective first full pay period of referral’s employment; $500 referrals are paid as bonuses @ 30 days
*** Omnyon Retiree Bonus will be paid out on a quarterly basis starting after the first quarter a referral starts working at Omnyon
Referral bonus eligibility, amount, and recipient designation must be confirmed before the referred candidate’s start date. Once the new hire begins employment, the referral bonus terms are considered final and may not be added, reassigned, split, or otherwise changed.
