Shawn brings a wealth of experience to Omnyon, having retired from the IC after a distinguished 45-year career. This includes 38 years with the government and 7 years as a government contractor.
Outside of her vital work ensuring security, Shawn enjoys a rich personal life. She is a dedicated mother to two grown children—her son is a Music teacher for AACPS, and her daughter is a Business Operations Supervisor with Actalent Corp. Shawn also provides care for her father, who currently lives with her in Pasadena, MD. In her free time, she loves to travel, spend time at the beach with family and friends, and pursue her passions for scrapbooking and gardening.

Designation: Jr. HR Manager
Providing high-quality HR services for Omnyon and its teammates is Jimena’s focus as Jr HR Operations Manager. She ensures teammates feel empowered to ask questions and customize their compensation benefits for an optimal Omnyon experience.
Jimena graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a B.S in Human Resources. Her commitment to service through transparent communication, attention to detail, and innovation motivates her. Beyond the office, Jimena enjoys hiking and traveling to new destinations.

Designation: Contracts Manager
Overseeing contract execution and ensuring compliance with agreed terms is Jamie Bassford’s responsibility as Contracts Manager at Omnyon. She also supports Omnyon’s accountant with payment processing. Jamie values strong attention to detail and approaches her work with self-motivation and a happy go lucky attitude.
She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a Minor in Accounting from the University of Maryland University College. Her motivation and the opportunity to contribute to the company inspire her. Outside of work, Jamie participates in softball, volleyball, and cornhole teams and enjoys creating memories with family and friends.

With over five years supporting various IC and Cyber programs, Jack has been instrumental in Omnyon’s expansion. A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, University Park, he drives meaningful growth through impact, efficiency, and empowering others through thoughtful leadership.
When he’s not working, Jack Miller enjoys traveling, surfing, sailing, and chasing his next adventure.

Designation: Controller
Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of financial statements is Rob Strissel’s primary goal as Senior Accountant at Omnyon. He believes in creating process improvements to optimize the company’s operations.
An active CPA, Rob graduated from The Catholic University of America in 2019 with a Bachelor’s in Science and is currently pursuing his Master’s in Accounting at UMGC. His drive for excellence in his work product motivates him. Outside of the office, Rob participates in recreational sports, travels, and has visited every pro-baseball stadium—a testament to his passion for sports.

Designation:Director of Enterprise Programs
Bobby Eilers is the Director of Enterprise Programs at Omnyon, where he focuses on guiding the selection, utilization, professional development, economic opportunity, and retention of engineering professionals supporting classified programs within the defense and intelligence communities. Bobby believes in transparency, active communication, and seeing things through to the end.
With over 13 years of experience supporting the Maryland Intelligence Community, Bobby has played a pivotal role in Enterprise contracts, particularly in IT Fit-Up initiatives for the Government.
Outside of work, Bobby enjoys hiking in Maryland State Parks, golfing, staying active, and embracing the occasional lazy Sunday.

Designation: Program Manager / Director of Staffing
For over 10 years, Marci Macaluso has been the heart of Omnyon’s staffing efforts, providing exceptional service to teammates and new hires. As the company’s first overhead hire, she champions a teammate-centric culture.
A Maryland native and University of Maryland College Park alumna, Marci is deeply committed to understanding each teammates’ needs to exceed their expectations. In her personal time, she volunteers as a doggy foster mom for the Almost Home Animal Shelter and enjoys time with her growing family.

Building a strong team and streamlining operations to support Omnyon’s mission takes center stage for Jeremiah Finch, the Chief Operating Officer. He practices servant leadership and cultivates a positive, action-oriented work environment.
Jeremiah’s academic background includes a Doctor of Business Administration and MBA from Liberty University, and a Bachelor’s in Biblical Studies from Moody Bible Institute. His dedication to excellence and a “get it done” attitude fuel his work. Outside of Omnyon, Jeremiah hikes on the Appalachian Trail and enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and 9 children.

Designation: Chief Executive Officer
Ensuring mission continuity and success drives Cliff Foreman, Omnyon’s Chief Executive Officer. He dedicates himself to serving, educating, empowering, and retaining the intelligence community’s most talented software and IT professionals.
Prior to joining Omnyon, Cliff served in the Marine Corps infantry and subsequently led a 30-location retail business. He holds a Bachelor’s from Yale and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Cliff loves doing hard things with good people. A diehard DC sports fan with a strong passion for the Capitals and Commanders, Cliff has loved teaching his three kids about sports, infusing them with a zesty fandom at a young age!

Designation: Chief Strategy Officer
Tim Gorski is the Founder, and currently the Chief Strategy Officer, at Omnyon, where he’s focused on solving problems tactically with a focus on customer mission success with a strategic vision. Tim has a passion, drive, and ability to differentiate himself by having a thorough understanding of Omnyon’s customer problems and solutions.
Tim founded Omnyon based on the principle of employee empowerment and his background is in Software Engineering where he got his Bachelors and Masters, from Virginia Tech and Johns Hopkins, respectively. In his free time Tim enjoys running and spends his time with his wife and four children.
